As W fashion and style director Edward Enninful is one of the a handful of key figures behind the transformation of the Condé Nast magazine under the stewardship of editor in chief Stefano Tonchi that began in 2010. Enninful himself joined W last year following successful spells at Vogue Italia and i-D, not to mention a spate of campaign styling credits for major brands including Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, and Calvin Klein amongst others. Enninful’s sharp eye for the page has served him in good stead and made work that carries his name all the more memorable. Chairlift have teamed up with Disco Naïveté for a dance competition inspired by the music video for “Amanaemonesia.” Contestants are challenged to create their own videos that either reinterpret the original music video’s 60 odd dance movements by Chairlift’s Caroline Polachek or come up with an entirely new dance.
