As a model scout, Pamela Frank is always on, constantly looking out for fresh faces that might one day land an iconic campaign, or become fashion’s next big muse.  “I’m always working; I can’t really turn it off,” says the Texas native. “But my job brings me to cool events like Coachella, so, basically, I love working.” She’s been at it for two years, after getting her start as an assistant in Ford’s New York offices, then moving to L.A. to pursue full-time model finding. While in the desert to comb Coachella for up-and-comers, Frank made time for shows—Radiohead was a fave—but in between rocking out in the VIP section and training her sights on pretty young things, she snapped some of the fabulous sights for us.
