A smoldering Hitchcock-era heroine in a pitch perfect mid-century modern house? Sounds like a Vanity Fair fashion editorial, Italian style. This month’s edition features work by two Ford Artists, photographer Tony Notarberardino and hairstylist Shintaro, in a spread dedicated to Louis Vuitton and Miu Miu’s hyper feminine fit-and-flare frocks. The two paired up to give the story — “Ogni cosa è elegante” (roughly, “Everything is elegant”) — a subdued sophistication, from Notarberardino’s soft, muted images to the model’s perfectly in place corkscrew waves, courtesy of Shintaro.
