H&M parent company Hennes and Mauritz is rumored to be planning a luxury brand that would be positioned above its already high-end COS brand. A report in the Swedish financial daily Dagens Industri on Monday has prompted all manner of speculation, which Hennes and Mauritz has neither confirmed nor denied. That said, you might still want to ready your folding chair and portable generator for those long nights spent camping in front of the local H&M in anticipation of a positive announcement. [WWD]
Belle & Sebastian have released a video for their cover of the 1988 hit single “Crash” by the Primitives off the newly released compilation The Late Night Tales, which they themselves curated. Directed by artist Stephen Tolfrey the music video cleverly renders the members of Belle & Sebastian in forms strikingly similar to those of Cubeecraft paper-craft toys and then sets them against a stop-motion backdrop of bustling London.
