Cora Emmanuel (Ford Women) is pictured by photographer Schohaja for the New York Times in a moment of quiet in an otherwise tumultuous backstage area at the Valentino Couture Fall 2012 show in Paris. Beautiful, composed, Cora is a magnet for affection in this T Magazine couture fashion week photo diary that also includes scenes with Hanne Gaby (Ford) and Sigrid Agren (Ford). [T Magazine]

Hedi Slimane reportedly made his Saint Laurent Paris debut with the presentation of the Resort 2013 collection before a select number of buyers. The Financial Times spoke with anonymous buyers, who were said to have taken Slimane’s first crack at womenswear as being “largely very good.”  The collection evidently takes “the early days of Yves Saint Laurent” as its inspiration. Thairine García (Ford) features in Harper’s Bazaar Brasil julho 2012 photographed by Zee Nunes. According to the Made in Brazil blog, Thairine has featured in a single-girl story in every issue (nine) since the magazine’s launch last year. Woof! [Made in Brazil]

Rick Rubin speaks with Touré in the pages of V78 about the usual subjects, his humble professional beginnings in a NYU dorm room,   the dramatic changes to the record industry in the digital age, and his approach to the creative process. No real new ground is broken in the piece, but all the same there is comfort in occasionally checking in with Rick Rubin. [V MAGAZINE]
