VMAN Magazine/Ford Model Search

It’s happening again. For the 7th time, Ford is teaming up with VMAN Magazine in search of a new face to not only appear on the cover of VMAN’s 30th issue, but also sign a contract with yours truly, Ford Models.

Wait! That’s not all.

The winner will be shot by designer and photographer (drumroll please) Mr. Karl Lagerfeld. Lagerfeld is considered fashion royalty, as he has not only collaborated on books, films, radio and oh-so-much-more, but also runs three major fashion houses (Chanel, Fendi + namesake brand, Karl Lagerfeld).

  15. Richard Rocco has my vote. He has been showing his dedication to modeling for a while, and keeps working at it. He has also served this country, which shows responsibility and trustworthiness. Overall, he is great.

  25. Richard Rocco, hands down one of the most jaw droppingly gorgeous men ever! He looks fabulous in every photo and I would just like to point out that he has the most beautiful mouth! Added to his good looks is the love he has for his country. Even though I am not American, I am Englisy with Canadian citizenship, anyone willing to risk their life to serve their fellow men is a winner in my book! Good luck @richardamericorocco!!!

  40. Richard Rocco has got to be the hottest guy out right now!!!! I'm an administrator and fan on Fifty Shades of Sexy's Hot, Hunky, Heroes and he is a fav of both women and men!!!     here's my position on why he deserves this:

    I have had the pleasure to know Michael Orsini for a year now. He is by far one of the most beautiful souls i have ever known… This young man has fought through adversity, trials, tribulations, etc. that very few of us have had to come out stronger on the other side from. His sure wit, sure footed, confident, bright, and beautiful persona is what easily captures the hearts of ALL who meet him. He is captivating, alluring, and worth admiring. He is not only the face, but the respectful, kind, HARD WORKING, and determined individual that is needed to represent such a prestigious title. Not only is he very easy on the eyes, but something about him drives you in, to want to know more, to capture your heart so effortlessly, that you want a young man of his caliber to influence those that will follow the same path that he has held in his dreams, heart, and soul his entire life. Stunning, Versatile, Beautiful, Masculine, Fit, Patriot, and exudes an intelligence not seen in others through his enduring and ever so wise before his time eyes. We really should not be voting here, but rather congratulating both Richard and VMAN for collaborating and producing what I can only imagine being a truly superb and remarkable Cover Campaign. One that would exalt both Richard and VMAN to a higher level of exposure, not really seen before.

Richard Rocco to win.. this man is absolutely gorgeous, i have yet to see a photo of him i dont like,let it be a black and white pic or colour every pic is amazing, i am not one for male models but this man just has something that when i saw him i had to look again and again, and even share his picture with friends im from england so a lot of my friends have him on their facebook walls now. this man is quite simply BEAUTIFUL… He is definatley the winnner… i will be looking out for many many more pictures of him…..   65. Richard Americo Rocco should win. Don't know him personal but he seem like a great person. After reading his letter it made me even more of a fan. He has been through so much in his life and never let it bring him down. He is someone I idolize and see as a role model and I know he will make a great role model for others. He will show your readers no matter what life throws at you, you can make with hard work drive and believing in yourself. So just do your magazine a favor and pick already.

  68. Justin Coale would definitely be a great candidate. He's versatile and inventive in his shoots. Every shot is breathtaking, and he is a very down to earth and sweet man. He pushes for perfection both mentally and physically, not to mention he is absolutely gorgeous. His blue eyes make any woman melt, and his looks are both seductive and seclusive. He is such an amazing person and many people love him, including me.

The guy has charm and depth to his character, an authentic nature and a true man in the sense he served his country. and with all the loss he has experienced losing his fellow comrades, a fine spirit and a 'handsomness' inside and out, shine through. Still new to the whole modelling thing, should he win this contract, you will be able to roll him around and shape him like a piece of play doh. :) Deserving ? hell yes !

  82. I know that a lot of your contestants are good looking. However, Richard Rocco is the FULL package. I cast my vote for Richard Rocco. Besides being a fresh face, he represents determination and strength that of his adds a new depth to the male modeling world.   96. ****HEADS UP PEOPLE**** Richard Rocco is 5'4" (I've seen him in person).. ANYONE in the business knows that the height requirement is at LEAST 5'11… Matthew Terry is 6'2.. Joe Dolce, 6'1, Aiden Andrew 6'2.. and also – most importantly, they do not go around lying telling people and "fans" that they are 5'10 (still too short).. Richard Rocco is a liar. I wonder what all of the NYC agencies thought of him when he walked in at a whopping 5'4".. I'm sure they laughed. I bet everyone on this blog $100 each that he doesn't get signed with a TOP NYC Agency. Wilhelmina, DNA, FORD, NYModels, etc… taking bets now.
